What is charged, and when?
01 / AI credits
Course design and Agent work use model-specific input and output token rates. Each request reserves an estimate first; reported usage is settled and unused reserved credits are returned. Billable requests round up to whole credits, with a minimum of one. A course may contain many requests, so there is no universal fixed credits-per-course price.

Narration is separately metered by Unicode character count using the configured provider/model rate. Its credit quote uses configured provider cost × 2 × 1,000, rounded up, minimum one credit per request. This is FacePro billing—not a direct exchange of Cartesia model credits. An unknown provider outcome retains a conservative charge for review; it is not automatically free or automatically retried.
03 / CPU · RAM · Storage
CPU and RAM are execution capacity limits; concurrent jobs are simultaneous-work limits, not guaranteed dedicated hardware or a completion-time SLA. Storage measures retained uploads, generated outputs and workspace files. These are plan entitlements, not CPU-second, RAM-minute or automatic per-byte charges. At the limit, free up capacity or purchase an eligible upgrade; no unapproved overage billing.
04 / One credit pool · separate license
Video seconds and storage capacity remain separate from AI credits. Quotas are not money or a refundable cash balance. View actual balances, reservations and usage in Store and account settings. Successful services already delivered remain billable even if a later step fails.

Compute and storage SKUs do not purchase extra AI credits. Credit top-ups do not add CPU, RAM, seats, a Studio license or video quota. A Studio license is access permission, not prepaid or unlimited AI usage. Enterprise capacity, extra seats and custom deployment require a separate quote.
Studio access requires a license included in an eligible plan or an independently confirmed entitlement. Buying new compute or storage does not unlock Studio. No separately priced Studio license SKU is listed here; contact us for licensing options.
